I don’t know what it is.  But when I start writing these posts…the four-letter words start flying!!

I guess it’s just that competitive side of me that still lurks within…….

So while I WANT to apologize for all the expletives on this Blog….I really CAN’T.  It’s who I am when I start talking Verdugo.

I just think there is a connection between all-things-Baseball and four-letter-words. 

I want this Blog to be an HONEST assessment of what I was really feeling when we went through those four years.

And without the expletives, it wouldn’t be honest.

Sure, I’ve made plenty of changes in my life over the years…most of them for the better.  But this Blog, these stories, they take me back.  They take me back to a time in my life where the only thing that really mattered was kicking ass on a Baseball field.  They take me back to the actual thoughts that were going through my head at the time.  And it’s been a fun journey revisiting those chapters of my life. 

I hope it will have the same effect on you, too. 

Whether or not you liked my “style” I am what I am.

Again….as much as I want to apologize for the “colorful metaphors”……..I just CAN’T.

I hope you understand.
